Refund & Return Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible holiday orders placed from November 1 through December 25, 2026 may be requested for return through January 31, 2027.

Return condition

The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation and contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide the next step.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Non-returnable items

Items damaged through misuse, missing parts, and products returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund. Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable unless the product was faulty or the wrong item was sent.
