Order processing

VINYLUXE orders are normally prepared within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping and tracking

We offer free tracked shipping to supported destinations. When your order leaves our fulfillment partner, we send a shipping confirmation with the available carrier and tracking details.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier capacity, customs, and local service conditions. Any date shown before checkout is an estimate unless it is explicitly described as guaranteed at checkout.

Address changes

Please check your address before completing payment. If you need a correction, use our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot change an address after the parcel has entered the carrier network.

Customs and delivery issues

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs processing. If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the package where relevant.
